Censorship Guidelines

Purpose

When posting adult-oriented content, appropriate modifications may be required depending on the nature of the work. We ask all creators to apply modifications based on the following standards.

Basic Rules for Censorship

Censorship refers to the following processing methods to prevent direct depiction of genitalia:

• Mosaic
• White-out
• Solid fill
• Black/white bars
• Masking
• Object concealment

When applying censorship, please meet the following criteria:

   Mosaic Specifications

   • Use a minimum mosaic size of 4 pixels square.
   • For images with a long side of 400 pixels or more, the mosaic size should be at least "long side x 1/100."

   Visual Obscurity

   • Ensure that the censored area is not recognizable in detail.

   Irreversibility

   • Apply modifications using a technically irreversible method so they cannot be undone.

   Coverage Area

   • Ensure censorship is applied to the area including outlines.

   Areas Specified by Administration

   • Please comply with all areas where the company requests modifications.

   Non-Mosaic Methods

   • When using methods other than mosaic, such as solid fill or masking, please ensure that details are sufficiently obscured.

Posting Works Requiring Modification

Posting uncensored works is prohibited under the Terms of Service. Works that do not meet the modification standards may be made private by the administration.
