Penalties for Terms of Service and Rating Violations

If a creator sets an inappropriate age restriction on a work, has insufficient censorship, or posts a work that violates the terms of service, the administration may make the work private, correct its rating, or delete it, and penalty points will be issued.

If penalty points exceed a certain threshold, the creator's works will be temporarily hidden from rankings and listing pages.

Penalty points are eased after a set period, but repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Age Rating Guidelines

• Works containing swimwear, underwear, suggestive poses, expressions, or outfits — anything that may be sexually suggestive — should be rated R15 or above, not "All Ages"
• Profile icons, cover images, and membership plan thumbnails that are publicly visible to all ages should not contain sexually suggestive imagery
• When in doubt, set a stricter age rating

⚠️ Penalty Accumulation and Account Trustworthiness

Penalty point accumulation is permanently recorded. Even after the cooldown period, the history remains and is factored into your account's trust score.

Accounts with few or no penalties are treated as "trusted accounts" and receive the following benefits:

• ✅ Prioritized in the recommendation algorithm — your works are more likely to appear in suggested content
• ✅ Positive impact on trend and ranking visibility
• ✅ Prioritized in recommendations to new users

Accounts with accumulated penalties will experience:

• ❌ Lower visibility in recommendations and trends
• ❌ Possible exclusion from new user recommendations
• ❌ Account suspension for severe or repeated violations

Once your account's trustworthiness is damaged, it takes significant time to recover. Please set appropriate age ratings when publishing works and avoid receiving penalties.

• Penalty points are typically eased within 2 weeks (but the history remains).
• Registering R15 or higher content as "All Ages" is particularly likely to result in penalties.
• Mobile apps follow stricter App Store / Google Play guidelines for all-ages content. Inappropriate ratings affect the entire platform, so your cooperation is appreciated.
