Ethics Policy (Compliance Policy) & Age-Restricted Content Standards

Purpose

We aim to maximize respect for creators' freedom of expression while providing wholesome entertainment to society. Accordingly, we establish the following ethics policy regarding the publication and sale of works on our website.

Scope

This policy applies to all creator works registered on PromptCom.

Criteria for R15 and Above Content

Content that we determine to be R15 or above (restricting viewing for those under 15) includes the following expressions:

• Sexually suggestive expressions involving revealing clothing or poses (that do not fall under the R18 category)
• Mild love scenes such as kissing, embracing, or bed scenes
• Depictions emphasizing sexual attractiveness such as swimwear or underwear
• Mild bleeding or violent scenes (including cuts and bleeding, but not excessive)
• Depictions of alcohol consumption or smoking (excluding those by minors)
• Other mild sexual or violent expressions generally considered to require age restrictions

Criteria for 18+ Content

Content we define as intended for those 18 and older includes:

• Excessive expressions or detailed depictions of sexual acts
• Content containing sexual suggestions or provocative expressions
• Depictions of sexual violence or obscene content
• Provocative depictions of male and female bodies
• Sexual expressions or nude depictions lacking a narrative context
• Direct depiction of sexual positions
• Violent expressions such as assault or sexual torture
• Depictions of paraphilia, sex toys, or excrement
• Expressions that condone or glorify antisocial forces or promote crime

General Principles

Content published through our service must adhere to the following principles:

• Respect for race, ethnicity, culture, and customs
• Respect for fundamental human rights and avoidance of defamation
• Compliance with laws and morals
• Avoidance of justifying violence, crime, or war
• No disparagement of human life or communities
• Avoidance of justifying minors' actions and elimination of obscene expressions

Prohibited Expressions

Creators may not post content containing the following:

• Explicit depictions of genitalia or sexual acts
• Distorted sexual expressions or violent scenes
• Excessive promotion of ideological or political activities
• Animal cruelty or primarily live-action content
• Other expressions deemed inappropriate by the company

* Exceptions may apply where censorship has been applied within socially acceptable limits.

Review and Policy Changes

Matters not covered by this policy or those contrary to social norms will be reviewed by the company. The policy may be amended as necessary, and changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
