About the Membership Feature

PromptCom provides a membership feature that allows creators to offer exclusive content and receive ongoing support from subscribers. This feature enables creators to deepen their connection with fans while securing a stable revenue stream.

About Plans

You can create multiple plans and assign multiple membership plans to a single work.

You can also set a one-time price on a work alongside membership plans.

In this case, users can view the work by either joining one of the assigned membership plans or making a one-time support payment.

Renewal Timing

Membership renewals occur on the same day of the following month based on the enrollment date. If that date does not exist in a given month, the renewal falls on the last day of the month.

Coin deductions from subscribers occur at this renewal timing.

Creator revenue balances also increase at the same time.

Examples:

• Enrollment date: January 15 → Renewal dates: February 15, March 15, ...
• Enrollment date: January 31 → Renewal dates: February 28 (or 29), March 31, ...

Additionally, if a subscriber's coin balance is insufficient at renewal time, the membership is automatically canceled.

After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the next renewal date, so there is no need to worry.

Important Notes

About Membership Price Changes

When changing a membership price, there is a 31-day notice period for existing subscribers. During this period, existing subscribers continue to renew at their original price.

Specifically, when a creator changes the price, existing subscribers are charged the old price at their next renewal, and the new price takes effect from the renewal after that.

Please note that if a creator changes prices frequently, existing subscribers may continue renewing at the old price rather than accepting the new price. This mechanism is in place to minimize the impact of sudden price changes on subscribers.
