How to buy and use in-site currency
Purchasing Coins and Points
Visit the PromptCom Store and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase coins or points.
Difference Between Coins and Points
Coins and points are both in-site currencies that can be used for support, but they work differently. Both can be used for purchasing works, joining memberships, and sending gifts, as well as setting contest prize money.
Coins
An in-site currency sold by the platform at variable prices (e.g., 100 coins may be sold for ¥150, varying by plan or campaign).
Creator revenue is calculated at 1 coin = ¥1. The difference from the user's purchase price serves as the platform fee.
*Coins are planned to be phased out — points are recommended.
Points
An in-site currency where 1 point = ¥1.
A 20% platform fee is deducted.
Example: 100 points of support → Creator revenue: ¥80
Subscription Renewal Timing
Renewals occur on the same day of the following month based on your enrollment date. If that date does not exist in a given month, the renewal falls on the last day of the month.
Payment is charged at the time of renewal.
Examples:
- Enrollment date: January 15 → Renewal dates: February 15, March 15, ...
- Enrollment date: January 31 → Renewal dates: February 28 (or 29), March 31, ...
Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel coin/point subscriptions from the Subscription Management page.
* After cancellation, no charges will occur from the next renewal date onward.
How to Use Coins and Points
Visit the work page of your favorite creator on PromptCom.
If the work has "One-Time Support" or "Membership Support" set up, you can support the creator using either coins or points.
* Please note that if your balance is insufficient, the support transaction will not be completed.
Please note that even after you have supported a work, it may become unavailable if the creator deletes it or if it is removed by the administration due to a terms of service violation. Coins or points used for support are generally not refunded for deleted works.
